6-Month Replacement Guarantee Policy

Please read these carefully before Guarantee claim.

At Shreehari, we want you to enjoy your jewellery with confidence. That's why selected products come with a one time 6-Month Replacement Guarantee on Plating from the date of purchase as mentioned on Guarantee Card.

At the time of purchase, you will receive a Guarantee Card with the date of purchase mentioned on it. This date will be considered the starting date of your 6-month guarantee period.

What Does the Guarantee Cover?

The 6-month replacement guarantee is applicable only to the plating colour of the jewellery. If the colour of the product fades or goes off within 6 months from the date of purchase, you can request a replacement of the product, subject to the terms mentioned below.

The guarantee does not cover on:

• Broken or damaged jewellery
  
• Physical damage caused by handling or use
  
• Scratches, dents or breakage
  
• Only extension chain or Connector is faded
  
• Damage caused by improper storage or care
  
• Any issue other than the product colour of the jewellery
  

Replacement Terms:

• A product can be replaced only once during the 6-month guarantee period if the colour fades within the guarantee period.
• The replacement must be requested within the original 6-month guarantee period.
• The guarantee period ends after the replacement.
• Please retain your Guarantee card, Barcode tag, and original product packaging box to seamlessly claim and avail your product guarantee.
