Guarantee Period

At Shreehari, we want you to enjoy your jewellery with confidence. That's why selected products come with a 6-Month Guarantee on Plating from the date of purchase.

The guarantee is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

At the time of purchase, you will receive a Guarantee Card with the date of purchase mentioned on it. This date will be considered the starting date of your 6-month guarantee period.

What Does the Guarantee Cover?

The 6-month guarantee is applicable only to the plating colour of the jewellery. If the colour of the product fades or goes off within 6 months from the date of purchase, you can request a replacement of the product, subject to the terms mentioned below.

What Is Not Covered?

The guarantee does not cover:

• Broken or damaged jewellery
• Physical damage caused by handling or use
• Scratches, dents, or breakage
• Damage caused by improper storage or care
• Any issue other than the colour of the jewellery

Replacement Terms

• A product can be replaced only once during the 6-month guarantee period if the colour fades within the guarantee period.
• The replacement must be requested within the original 6-month guarantee period.
• The guarantee period does not restart after replacement.
• The replacement product will carry the same original guarantee end date as the product purchased originally.
• For example, if the original product was purchased on 1st January and replaced on 1st March, the guarantee will still be valid only until 30th June. A new 6-month period will not begin from the replacement date.

Please keep your Guarantee Card and purchase details safely, as they may be required to claim the guarantee.
