* The holder of this voucher is entitled to purchase any item from Shreehari’s own showrooms only.
* This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either partially or fully.
* In case the voucher is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, Shreehari will not be responsible and no replacement will be issued.
* This voucher cannot be clubbed with any other offer and is valid for a single transaction only.
* Not applicable for online redemption.
* The voucher is valid for 18 months from the date of issue.

6-Month Guarantee for You: Selected pieces come with one replacement within six months, covering plating colour fading from the purchase date on your Guarantee Card.

What the Guarantee Covers: The guarantee does not include broken pieces, scratches, regular wear, connector fading, or damage caused by improper storage or care.

Claiming Your Guarantee: For any claim, please keep your Guarantee Card, barcode tag, and original box safely, and contact us within six months.

Keep Away from Chemicals: Put your jewellery on after perfumes, lotions, and hairspray. Remove it before swimming or showering to keep it looking beautiful.

Give Each Piece Its Space: Keep each piece in its own pouch, away from sunlight and moisture, to help prevent scratches and keep it beautiful.

Gentle Cleaning: After every wear, softly polish with a dry cloth. Avoid water, baking soda, and harsh jewellery cleaners to preserve its delicate finish.

Remove Before Daily Activities: Before workouts, cleaning, or tasks, remove your jewellery. A little care helps protect the plating and keeps it beautiful longer.

Reporting Window: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, simply let us know within 72 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help.

Mandatory Verification: To help us understand your concern, please share an uncut unboxing video, clear photos, Order ID, original tags, and Guarantee Card.

Eligible Returns: We’re happy to offer returns or exchanges when your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

Exclusions (Size, Weight & Minor Details): Small size or weight differences, bent earring stems, slight colour variations, or easily fixable stones and beads aren’t covered.

Exclusions (Craftsmanship): Natural handmade variations, unique stone combinations, and damaged freebie ropes are not covered, as these details can vary naturally.

Replacement First: Once your claim is verified, we’ll arrange a replacement first. If unavailable, we’ll help you with the next suitable option.

Refund Policy: When replacement isn’t possible or specially approved, refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Courier Charges: Depending on the situation, return shipping or courier charges may apply. We’ll guide you through the process when needed.

Order Cancellations: If you change your mind, orders can be cancelled within one hour, subject to applicable payment gateway charges.

Non-Cancelable Delays: We understand delays can be frustrating. Cancellations aren’t possible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external restrictions.
